Supplier Participation

Leading spa suppliers and vendors from the following categories are encouraged to apply. SPATEC will only allow a finite number of suppliers from specified categories to ensure a robust and diverse selection of companies.

Amenities, Apparel, Aromatherapy, Beauty Products, Body Toning, Cosmetics, Fitness Equipment, Hydrotherapy, Linens/Robes/Towels, Massage, Retail, Nail Treatment, Skincare, Software, Spa Equipment, Sun Protection, Steam Baths, Tanning, Uniforms and everything relevant to the Spa and Beauty industry.

One-On-One Meetings

SPATEC is designed to ensure participants get the most out of the experience.

Both buyers and suppliers get to choose with whom they would like to meet and are each given a schedule of meetings. Each meeting is 20 minutes in length and takes place at the suppliers meeting tables. These pre-arranged one-on-one meetings allow delegates to talk business and network in a way that is simply not possible with trade shows and conferences.

Seminar Program

We are pleased to have Jeremy McCarthy, Global Spa Development & Operations for Starwood Hotels & Resorts be our keynote speaker at our SPATEC Spring Event.

Networking Program

Throughout the event, attendees meet each other through the official meeting program as well as during the breakfasts, lunches and dinners and other networking activities.

Supplier Showcase

On the second day of the program, there will be a two hour for the suppliers to transform their meeting spot into a tabletop display. During this time, buyers may introduce themselves and view products of the suppliers they may not have had a chance to meet with during appointment hours.

The Concept
