HOTEC takes place in an exclusive venue away from the pressures of the office and the stress of trade shows.
As well as the one-on-one meetings, attendees network during the breakfasts, lunches and dinners with further networking opportunities during the organized social program allowing delegates to get to know one another in a very informal, relaxed, unique environment.
The ratio of buyers to suppliers is strictly controlled and the number of suppliers attending from each category is also limited. This ensures that HOTEC provides the maximum business opportunities whilst retaining a unique atmosphere in which to develop strong business relationships.
Each day, there will be a full hour for the suppliers to transform their meeting spot into a tabletop display. During this hour, buyers may introduce themselves and view products of the suppliers they did not get a chance to have a one-on-one meeting with. Another great networking session for both buyers and suppliers.
As well as the informal networking opportunities there is also a very unique teambuilding event. Delegates are split into teams of carefully selected buyer and vendors to compete in various fun and energizing activities. The objective is for delegates to get to know one another in a very informal, relaxed, unique environment.
