Terms & Conditions
40% deposit per delegate payable 14 days after receipt of confirmation (invoice to follow). Balance due by 1st August 2012.

1. HOTEC EUROPE registration fee includes: participation at the business meetings forum, a schedule of appointments as per chosen package, programmed activities, three night’s accommodation, airport transfers(on the 3rd and 6th only) and meals unless otherwise stated
2. Travel insurance must be organised by delegates as it is not covered by HOTEC EUROPE organisers
3. Visa requirements and vaccinations (where applicable) must be organised by the delegate
4. Should the organiser cancel HOTEC EUROPE, payments made in respect of each event will be refunded in full. The organiser shall not be liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such cancellation.
5. CANCELLATION: A signed booking from commits delegates to 40% of the above fees on confirmation and 100% of total fee after 1st August 2012.
